Register each member’s name, email address, and optional notes. When member registration is finalized, a dedicated response URL is emailed to each member.
Enter availability using ◎, 〇, △, and ×, then review each member’s timeline and times when everyone can attend. The administrator can change the symbol labels and how many symbols are used.
When the administrator finalizes the date and time, all members are notified by email. The final date and time can be changed through the last candidate date, and changes are also emailed.
If enabled when creating the schedule, members can edit not only their own responses but also those of other members. Otherwise, other responses are view-only.
When creating a schedule, the creator can also be added as a participant. Enter the creator’s name, and the member list will show that person as the administrator.
Anyone who knows the administrator URL can perform management actions, and anyone who knows a member-specific URL can view or change that member’s availability. Do not share these URLs with third parties.
Scheduling data is automatically deleted six months after it is created, regardless of the candidate dates or finalized date and time.
