1. Application
These Terms of Use set out the conditions for using Web ToolBox and the web tools provided through this site. By using the site, users agree to these Terms.
2. Services
The site provides web tools for image editing and format conversion, development support, utilities such as QR code generation, log and trace viewing, scheduling, and more. Specifications, delivery methods, usage limits, retention periods, and other details may change without prior notice.
3. User responsibility
Users must ensure that they have the necessary rights or authority for data entered, selected, or registered in each tool, and are responsible for reviewing and using the results.
When registering a third party’s name, email address, notes, or other information in the scheduling tool, do so only after obtaining the appropriate authority or required consent to use that information for communication and scheduling.
4. Use of the scheduling tool
The scheduling tool stores titles, descriptions, candidate dates and times, administrator and member names and email addresses, notes, responses, finalized dates and times, and related data on the server. It also issues administrator and member-specific URLs and sends emails for invitations, confirmations, and changes.
Anyone who knows the administrator URL can perform management actions such as registering members and finalizing the schedule. Anyone who knows a member-specific URL can view or change availability as that member. If editing other members’ schedules is enabled, members may also be able to change other members’ responses. Do not share these URLs with third parties and manage them appropriately at your own responsibility.
Scheduling data is automatically deleted six months after creation regardless of candidate dates or the finalized date and time. Save any information you need before it is deleted.
Notification emails may be delayed or fail to arrive due to mail servers, recipient environments, spam filtering, or other factors. The site does not guarantee email delivery.
5. Prohibited activities
- Conduct that violates laws, regulations, or public order and morals
- Conduct that infringes the rights or interests of third parties
- Conduct that places an excessive load on this site or its servers
- Unauthorized access, vulnerability probing, bypassing authentication, CAPTCHA, or usage restrictions, or other acts that compromise security
- Large-scale automated processing or other activity that substantially exceeds ordinary use
- Sending spam, impersonation, or registering a third party’s email address without a legitimate purpose
- Other conduct considered inappropriate for the operation of this site
6. Changes and suspension of services
Services may be changed or suspended without prior notice due to maintenance, failures, security measures, specification changes, system load, or other reasons.
7. Disclaimer
The site does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or continuous availability of any tool. Users must verify processing results, scheduling responses, finalized dates and times, and other outputs themselves.
Except where liability is required by law, the site is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the site, data loss, undelivered email, or similar events.

9. Changes to these Terms
These terms may be changed as needed. Updated terms take effect when posted on this site.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to this site shall be subject to the exclusive agreed jurisdiction, in the first instance, of the Japanese court having jurisdiction over the location of the site operator.
