APNG creation runs in your browser, so selected images are not uploaded to the ImgTools server.

Select at least two images for the animation.
Reorder the images and set frame duration, loop count, output size, and background.
Click “Generate APNG”, check the preview, then download the APNG.

Input supports JPG / JPEG / PNG / WebP, and formats can be mixed. Output is APNG (PNG).

APNG is an animated image format that supports PNG transparency and full color. More frames and larger images result in larger output files.
